(September 02, 2021) - Cirrus Aircraft today announced its continued expansion with the opening of a new Cirrus flight training facility located at Scottsdale Airport (KSDL) in Arizona, as well as two new Cirrus aircraft. Innovation Centers in Chandler, Arizona and McKinney, Texas.

Cirrus Aircraft conducted a nationwide search to find the best locations for its new facility, eventually landing on Arizona and Texas due to their proximity to Cirrus Aircraft's customers and talent pool.

The Cirrus Scottsdale facility will provide customers with a convenient location to receive highly personalized flight training and full-service aircraft management. It is estimated that the station will be commissioned in October 2021.

The Chandler Innovation Center provides aeronautical, electrical and software engineering services, while the McKinney Innovation Center supports all engineering disciplines. Both facilities are now operational and support product development teams responsible for advancing designs for new technologies and innovative product launches. Official ribbon-cutting ceremonies are planned for November 2021 at both locations.
